£25 mango£59

I’ve been a big fan of cheap by chic Mango for a few years now, and it even has celeb fans such as Victoria Beckham and Penelope Cruz, so i love the fact that ASOS sell it as there isn’t many Mango stores around, and the actual Mango website is horrible to use, plus it means that you can get your Mango fix whilst shopping for loads of other brands at the same time..brilliant!

Embellishment of any kind is huge this summer girls, from sequins to pearls and studs, these will actually become a prat of your day-wear rather than just reserved for the dance floor, so this grey embellished vest top is a great investment for the summer, and it’s not only £25 in the sale, it would be perfect teamed up with this lightweight grey marl jacket at £59.

Ladies, i know that your probably not thinking about your summer wardrobe right now in these icy cold months, but think ahead now and get ahead of the trends.

If you buy cleverly, your purchases will last you right through to  the end of summer and possibly beyond. This ‘golden leopard skirt’ (£7 in the sale) is a key trend focused piece to have for summer, in terms of both shape and pattern, leopard print and in fact every kind of animal print was seen all over the SS10 catwalks. And tube skirts have started to creep into stores this season and will be big news for summer, as well as lace and natural colour palettes such as cream, soft light rose, soft greys etc so this is a winner all around and at only £16 you can’t go wrong. Wear now with leggings or opaque tights underneath.

So get yourselves down to New Look girls… pronto!

23G23DBLK_large20S18DMUL_largeI have just fallen in love with this cute little satin prom dress, it will make any girly girl feel super flirty and feminine and is now just £15 reduced from £55, it’s also available in purple which is one of this seasons big colour trends girls.

This graffiti looking fringed mini skirt is a bit crazy looking at first glance i know, but trust me girls these sort of colours and crazy mixed patterns will be huge for summer so this is a fantastic buy to take you all through summer and at just £7 how could you resist. clashing colours and patterns were seen alot on the SS10 catwalks but i would advise wearing this with a plain top for a less fashion victim and more classy look, think black opaque tights, and plain black, pink or blue top and a boyfriend blazer for a colourful yet chic work outfit.

Metal shopper £60 FC73BZ2Girls, if your wondering what items you should be buying in the sales in order to see you through trend wise over the next season or two, then these are two hot trend focused items that you should be investing in…

Metallics are big news this season and for next, so these will definitely last you until of summer.

This cooper bronze metallic shopper bag is now £60 and is also available in Silver. And this bronze metallic skirt is now only £20 in the sale. I had a skirt that was the spitting image of this one back in 2001 and i stupidly got rid of it…erghh!

9035Ladies, who says that your woolies need to be boring and granny like….. these funky knitted dresses from ASOS are rebelling against the usual dull knitwear rules!

For the more trend focused girl, we have the graphic bra printed colour block dress (£90) and for the sexy fashionista, there is this very sexed up belted eighties number (£35), with spilt shoulders, just revealing a touch of sexy skin, now i know that this is not exactly going to keep your arms really snug, but who cares when you’ll look and feel like sex on legs.

Girls, if you really want to get your man’s (or potential man’s) pulse racing this party season, then this is the dress to do it!

Although you’d have to be very brave to wear this racy little number!

But, if your not quite so brave then you could wear with leggings or opaque tights underneath, although as it’s so low at the back, you’ll have to be careful that they won’t show.

Lace is one of the biggest trends this season so it’s also a very trend focused piece to have in your wardrobe girls.

Buy online from http://www.vestryonline.com at £36.99

Teestees 2

I know that it’s not really t-shirt wearing weather girls, but these tee’s are so cool, i think we could all suffer a bit of a chill to wear them.

This very 80’s inspired pout t-shirt is a great trend focused update for your wardrobe and is only £20, it can also be worn off the shoulder. This purrrfect cat tee is so cute and only £16, i reckon that this would make a great (and cheap) Christmas pressie for your mate. The cheeky handprint tee is not quite so cheap at £42 but is sure to get you noticed. and iu love this very chic white cat tee although it is the most expensive of the bunch at £60. But just think girls, buy any of these now and they’ll last you through summer too.

Ahh… good old Miss Selfridge, i remember the day that i bought my first real party dress, i was 16 and it was from Miss Selfridge on Oxford Street,  i had my mum with me for guidance, and i bought an absolutely gorgeous LBD  with spaghetti straps and ruffles at bust, it was so perfect and totally timeless, and i was utterly devastated the day that it happened to get mixed up amongst the other laundry and got shrunk in the wash, so much so that it would have been adequate for a 10 year old girl. i still pine for my beloved Miss Selfridge dress, but stepping back into the present, they have, as usual got a great selection of party dresses this season.

Here are my two favourites of the moment, this sequined dress (£70), is an of the moment trend focused piece, and is even more fabulous in the flesh (or should that be cloth) as i was luckily enough to get a sneak peek at the Arcadia Press preview back in August.

And this very fairy like dress with a touch of 80’s sparkle (£60) reminds me of something that Carrie Bradshaw would wear and is real girly little number.

Introducing the Men’s version of the wonderbra!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

shock_jock_skaterbjpgOh yes lads, it’s time to get your own back for all of the false advertising us women have been doing with our wonderbra’s for years. The new Jock Shock brief from the king of undies, LA designer Andrew Christian, will add upto 2 inches to your package instantly!

The hidden padded cup in the frontal part of the brief will shape and enchance the front package to the extreme!

Andrew is also the first to introduce shapewear for men with Anti-Muffin Top Elastic in his underwear designs, to reduce the appearance of love handles, and Flashback – Butt Lifting Technology. With Flashback one can create the illusion of having that much sought after “bubble butt” without having to waste hours in the gym as the construction of the underwear automatically lifts the buttocks making it look more firm and round. Andrew also introduced a version of the Flashback for women called WonderWear, which Andrew was kind enough to send to me at the beginning of the year, and for all of the girls reading this, they are great, it’s like scaffolding for you bum!

For more information on Andrew’s fantastic range, visit http://www.andrewchristian.com
